I value customer service highly, and your company delivered a refreshingly high level of care, which will keep me coming back. Every person I had contact with, from the front desk staff to the repair technician to the shuttle driver - all genuine & excellent. And it seemed like this focus on service was more a case of the company culture which these folks bought into and truly believed in vs. a company making its employees behave a certain way. A top-flight company with top flight people - oh, and they did a fine job on my vehicle, too! more

Timing Belt jumped 7/11/2010

Quick diagnostic on the problem to determine the timing belt jumped off causing issues as expected with interference/Honda engines. Did not repair at this time due to the cost - $3,400 for a 10 year old car. Disappointed somewhat as I have had the car maintained there for over 5 years, only 91k miles and believe this should have been reviewed closer in January when I asked about this item. Checking other options and checking my finances. Overall still rate them highly, but maybe they missed this one. more

The service writers are top-notch. Well-trained to be personable and helpful. The service techs who come out to the waiting room to provide feedback are equally pleasant and informative. Everyone seems genuinely interested in my safety. more
