I found this company browsing online in taylor for cleaning companies. The lady who did the cleaning did a fabulous job and I have them coming on a biweekly schedule now. Pros: Great services by Crystal Cons: A little pricey but worth it more

She came with supplies and was very nice and did her job well. We were recommend by family who had been using the company and now we have refered her to other family members. Thank you! Pros: Customized Service, Windows offered, and Detailed Cons: None that I can think of more

I have been a customer of KC's Customized Cleaning since the year 2000. I tried many services before and none were as reliable or good! I would get a different person each time and had to explain what needed to be done. The owner of KC's, Jill, is extremely professional and very trustworthy. She used to clean my house personally and was so dependable. She came on time every other week and did a great job. I would trust her with a $100 bill on my table! She did exactly what I wanted and would do extra things when she had time. Crystal is cleaning for me now and she is wonderful as well. She comes to my house at the same time each time. Crystal is friendly and will clean whatever I request. I trust Crystal with my personal belongings and have never had an issue with anything being broken. She is courteous and accepts any comments as an opportunity to please you.\r That is what is so unqiue about KC's Customized Cleaning, They truly do ""customize"" their business for you. The owner (Jill) is absolutely lovely. The person who does the cleaning however is Crystal. She cleaned for me bi-weekly for several months. After the first two months or so she started getting worse and worse. And she does not like nor does she follow instructions. She is very careless and she damaged some things in my house. She is literally the b**l in the china shop. Even though I liked the owner very much, I think Crystal's work was not worth the money I paid. She cuts around the corners a lot and you'll end up wasting your money. I would recommend Mollymaids or white golve cleaning or Neat freaksLLC. Best of luck. Crystal has some huge attitude and work ethics issues. Go to one of the others. Don't waste your money here. I ended up hiring Mollymaids and I am A LOT happier and I pay the same price.
