The owner (Jill) is absolutely lovely. The person who does the cleaning however is Crystal. She cleaned for me bi-weekly for several months. After the first two months or so she started getting worse and worse. And she does not like nor does she follow instructions. She is very careless and she damaged some things in my house. She is literally the b**l in the china shop. Even though I liked the owner very much, I think Crystal's work was not worth the money I paid. She cuts around the corners a lot and you'll end up wasting your money. I would recommend Mollymaids or white golve cleaning or Neat freaksLLC. Best of luck. Crystal has some huge attitude and work ethics issues. Go to one of the others. Don't waste your money here. I ended up hiring Mollymaids and I am A LOT happier and I pay the same price.
Pros: you get a basic, very basic cleaning!!
Cons: bad attitude, extreme carelessness
