Jeff arrived because our recently installed furnace had stopped working. He quickly was able to restart it after ascertaining that a fuse in the furnace had burned out. He then continued to look for the cause for the fuse failure. Ultimately, he found a small wire that touched a tiny screw inside of the box controlling a damper system had caused the problem, and he resolved it permanently. He also noted that the water line to the newly installed humidifier had become plugged, and resolved that problem as well. Finally, he patiently explained to me what he was doing while he worked. Great job! more

C Leon was professional, efficient, and produced the results needed to get me back in business. I had a couple other plumbing questions for him, to which he provided cost estimates as well as advice on how I could tackle myself. When/if I have another plumbing problem, I will likely request C Leon as my first choice for help. In all the times I have used them, I have found that KB Complete has very qualified and professional staff, for HVAC, plumbing, etc. They are reliable and timely on their service calls also. That's something that's very important when your utilities go on the fritz. more

Jeff Branden and KB Complete 9/9/2013

During the weekend, we had a problem with an expansion tank on our water heater. I called KB Complete as I do with all my plumbing and Heating/AC needs. Jeff arrived in less than an hour. After Jeff discovered an error in the installation, Jeff replaced the bad tank and corrected the installation error. Because of the installation error, there was no fee for the repair. Jeff was incredible, very kind, clear about what needed to be repaired and made the correction on the spot. I always have great service from KB Complete, even when the installation had a flaw. I am so impressed with Karl and his company and the technicians like Jeff who represent KB Complete very well. more

Best service ever! 10/6/2012

Kevin came to do my annual check on the furnace and the plumbing. I've been widowed 3 years and those things are a mystery to me. Kevin took the time to walk through my basement with me, explaining what pipes and faucets were what! It was so helpful. He carefully explained the problem areas along with options and what might happen if I didn't address those areas. More importantly, he did all this in understandable terms and humor, never speaking to me like I knew nothing. He also gave me tips on maintaing things like being sure to take the hoses off the faucets in the winter. He was also sensitive to the cost of things. I would definitely request him to do the inspections in my home again. more

House Repairs 8/14/2012

Kevin did a great job yesterday repairing my home. He replaced the water shut off valve and pressure regulator in a timely manner. He also made sure that he kept his work area clean, and helped me with another project I was working on. He was a friendly person who made me comfortable in making a large decision for my house. more
