Jeff arrived because our recently installed furnace had stopped working. He quickly was able to restart it after ascertaining that a fuse in the furnace had burned out. He then continued to look for the cause for the fuse failure. Ultimately, he found a small wire that touched a tiny screw inside of the box controlling a damper system had caused the problem, and he resolved it permanently. He also noted that the water line to the newly installed humidifier had become plugged, and resolved that problem as well. Finally, he patiently explained to me what he was doing while he worked. Great job!
