Just what I needed! 1/17/2012

I went to Juut because I wanted to feel pampered, and that's exactly what happened! From the time I set foot in the door to the time I left, I felt like the staff really wanted to make sure I had a positive experience. My stylist, Alli, was awesome! I'll definitely be back! more

Best Hour of My Day 1/17/2012

CoCo is the best!I got to my appointment tense and stressed from a long day. After spending an hour with CoCo I left relaxed and ready for the next challenge. The fragrances and massage and personal attention were just what the doctor ordered. Thank you! more

Haircut 1/17/2012

Haircut was good. Staff at the front desk need to be more considerate of their clients. Never did they ask me if I was a points card holder; therefore, I forgot to give them my card. Made another appointment for a color and they seemed to be clueless as to how much time it would take for the color. Extra training seems to be needed for those at the front desk. Also, there seemed to be more people running the front desk (about 5) then total staff in the entire building. Too many at the front desk!! more

I have been seeing Susan Tschida for too many years to count! My haircut experience is always a good one. My haircuts are easy to manage and even look good after sleeping on them! I had an especially good experience at checkout. Not sure who helped me but she was very patient while I added on services and changed things for my future appointments. Overall, I was very happey when I left the salon. more

Oh my, you really want to know?! 1/13/2012

My service was excellent as usual with Susan. I did purchase 2 items. One being a bottle of Rose oil, then proceeded to knock the bag on the floor in the rest room. When I asked for assistence I was told, All Managers were in a meeting, so I'm out my $27.50+ tax. One would think with my bill of $170. and my regular visits every 5 weeks for the past 12+ years, someone could have replaced it for me. Or at the very least called me later. I buy a few things about every other visit. Susan is the reason I keep coming back to JUUT. But I will be buying my product elsewhere in the future. How unfortunate as in the kind of Daymakers you were for me. more

When I walk in the front door the people at the front desk are very pleasant and attentive. They hang up my coat and offer me a cup of tea. I had a lip wax. Christine is very personable and competent. I have gone to her a number of times. I like Juut Salon on Grand. more

I started seeing Coco for haircuts when she was at the training academy and followed her to the St Paul location. She always listens to what I want. Always leave with happy with my hair, whether its a bob, bangs, no bangs, or long. more

Mixup 1/12/2012

I made an appt for a haircut and was told I would be seeing a person I have good things about and whose haircuts are $45. When I got there for my appt, I was told the appt was with someone else (at $45) who had cut my hair previously and who I did not want again. I was then somewhat reluctantly offered a person whose haircuts are $70. I chose to go with the $70 person even tho no discount was offered. She was delightful and did a fine job, but I did not enjoy having to pay the unexpected extra money. I also don't like how when you pay for your haircut, they ask you how much you want to tip and then add it to the bill. i would rather add it myself. more

Love them! 1/11/2012

I went for my standard pedicure-plus-brow wax yesterday to see Rebecca (nails) and Janis (wax). As always, both were fabulous! I've been seeing Rebecca and Janis for years. Not only do I love the services they provide, I enjoy both of them personally. Could not more highly recommend Rebecca and Janis, along with the entire front desk staff (particularly Marisa). more
