Haircut was good. Staff at the front desk need to be more considerate of their clients. Never did they ask me if I was a points card holder; therefore, I forgot to give them my card. Made another appointment for a color and they seemed to be clueless as to how much time it would take for the color. Extra training seems to be needed for those at the front desk. Also, there seemed to be more people running the front desk (about 5) then total staff in the entire building. Too many at the front desk!!
