I needed a new water heater and a new sump pump. Eugene W. was prompt, punctual, courteous and respectful. He quoted me an exact price and did the work quickly and well. There were no surprises. He explained all instructions in detail. Gave me a demonstration. He worked hard and with diligence. Service was great! more

Justin Dorsey Plumbing came out to our farm and installed a new water softner in the tenant house and fixed the sewer line. The tech ""Christian "" was very helpful and was very professional. the price was competitive and the tech cleaned up after the job and explained everything he had done and how to operate the equipment. I will be using this company again if any problems arise on the farm. more

Leaky Hot Water Heater 8/5/2011

Great service!! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonable service call fee to come across town. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the hot water heater very quickly after my call. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber. more

No Hot Water 8/1/2011

I called with my problem. No hot water. No shower. Trouble in river city. Paul was here in less than two hrs. IN less than 1.5 hrs. the heater was working and I soon had hot water. Hallelujah! more

Over Price! Rip Off. 8/5/2010

I needed a hook up my waterline for our new refrigerators, they did not showed up on appointment time then called and ask for me to wait for another a couple of hours.\r He spent less then 5 min to install new cap on our waterline.\r Then charged us over $217 for that service!\r Rip off !!! Watch Out!!! more

They installed a new well pump at our house. Now, only 7 months later, we had to have repairs made to the new pump. Weren't overly helpful to start with. The expensive new pump didn't completely fix the problem, and they weren't very willing to find other solutions without charging us a lot more money. Pros: Came on weekend, stayed late to attempt to fix problem Cons: Already need repairs on their ""repairs"" more
