They installed a new well pump at our house. Now, only 7 months later, we had to have repairs made to the new pump. Weren't overly helpful to start with. The expensive new pump didn't completely fix the problem, and they weren't very willing to find other solutions without charging us a lot more money.
Pros: Came on weekend, stayed late to attempt to fix problem
