Do not use this place - they scratched my minivan wheels 8/17/2010

I had the Tustin Just Tires shop install four new Goodyear tires on my minivan, and to check my alignment. When they were done, they had scratched all four of my alloy wheel in a noticeable way. I have had 4 cars over 24 years, and have had many sets of tires installed. But I have never experienced such careless workmanship from a tire shop before. If you care about the appearance of your wheels, then run away from this place. There are many other tire shops around. more

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE 4/20/2009

They seem like they offer a great deal. I bought tires and got oil changes here for years. However, on my last trip, they accidentally damaged my car during a routine tire rotation. Then, did not tell me. As a result, my car broke down due to their service. When I spoke to the managers, they were defensive and told me that many people have sued them before. I just wanted to know what happened to my car, so i could fix it. However, every manager and district manager I spoke to gave me the runaround or wouldn't answer my calls. They admitted to the damage done by their mechanics, but do not want to pay for the damage. Cons: Manager lies more
