Review content:
They seem like they offer a great deal. I bought tires and got oil changes here for years. However, on my last trip, they accidentally damaged my car during a routine tire rotation. Then, did not tell me. As a result, my car broke down due to their service. When I spoke to the managers, they were defensive and told me that many people have sued them before. I just wanted to know what happened to my car, so i could fix it. However, every manager and district manager I spoke to gave me the runaround or wouldn't answer my calls. They admitted to the damage done by their mechanics, but do not want to pay for the damage.
