Ac/Furnace installation and duct cleaning 6/27/2016

From start to finish, these gentlemen were professional and they did an outstanding job. John V and Jeff H were on time, they explained what they were doing, and they completed all the work above my expectations. They left the installation area cleaner than they found it. The installed unit works great and the financing options were fantastic. Just days later, Matt L. and Guy Sr. arrived to clean the ducts. They did a great job explaining the process and completing the work. When they discovered that 2 registers were not accessible, they went above and beyond to clean the ducts anyway by modifying their strategy. Everyone involved (including the man who came out to give me a quote but I'm sorry I don't remember his name!) was friendly and made it a priority to be kind and personable. We have already recommended this company to a friend in town needing a furnace and AC unit. more

Instillation of New Furnace & A/C 5/12/2016

John V and Jeff were wonderful to work with -- they are professional, courteous, & very knowledgeable. Mia helped with the business end and was so patient with our questions. We were extremely impressed that Just In Time remembered to come back, as promised, to check on our units after instillation, which were working very well. We found the units recommended to be better than expected. I would definitely recommend Just In Time for heating and air conditioning work. more

Just In Time Plumbing Work 4/28/2016

When my outside faucet sprung a leak in my basement bathroom at 3:00 PM on a Friday, JIT was able to have Jeremy out in less than an hour, as promised. Jeremy assessed the situation and with more work needed in the house we agreed to schedule a full timeslot. Jeremy arrived at the agreed to time, performed the multiple projects we had discussed at the price agreed. The work was done excellently, clean-up and follow-up instructions provided. Very happy with the response, service and overall performance. more

Awesome Job 4/26/2016

I had some plumbing issues last night and was in need of a plumber. I called Just In Time Heating & Cooling and they were able to send someone a few hours later. Jeremy was a true professional. Not only did he correct the issues I had with a sewerage pump and a clogged pipe, but he explained how and why the failures occurred as well as how to prevent this from happening in the future. I highly recommend Just In Time for their quick dispatch and professional service. These guys are top notch. more

Handman Services 2/22/2016

If I could, I would give Chris & Tim 10 stars. I have worked with Just In Time Carpentry several times thru the years. Not once have I been disappointed. In fact they go above and beyond promised work. I would marry Chris if he wasn't married. After my 8 can lights were installed, he got on his hands & knees to mop up the dust off my kitchen floor! All of these guys are the very best at what they do, including Irv. He too was at my home on one occasion. I can not recommend them enough. Good work. Good follow up. Good guarantees. You'll never use another handyman service after you worked with Chris, Tim & Irv. Chris turned me down on my marriage proposal. I'll not stop asking . . . more

Great Service 1/28/2016

Just in Time Heating and Air - My experience with the company has always been superb and the technicians are polite, friendly, and respectful of my home, putting on shoe covers without me having to ask. They are even nice to my dog who unlike the technicians, can have bad manners. Recently, Guy did maintenance on my heating and he was great. more

Big shout out to Dave and Reese for coming out and fixing a broken pipe that was in a difficult place to get to. Extra thanks for shoveling my drive while wating on a part. Totally not necessary, but greatly appreciated none the less. more

Just in Time 1/14/2016

I was very pleased with the work of John Schultz from Just in Time. He checked the furnace on the first call. Then he installed a fan in the furnace and humidifier on the second call. Both times he did a great job, took the time to explain to me what he was doing and was very professional. I would call for him to come again. more
