From start to finish, these gentlemen were professional and they did an outstanding job. John V and Jeff H were on time, they explained what they were doing, and they completed all the work above my expectations. They left the installation area cleaner than they found it. The installed unit works great and the financing options were fantastic. Just days later, Matt L. and Guy Sr. arrived to clean the ducts. They did a great job explaining the process and completing the work. When they discovered that 2 registers were not accessible, they went above and beyond to clean the ducts anyway by modifying their strategy. Everyone involved (including the man who came out to give me a quote but I'm sorry I don't remember his name!) was friendly and made it a priority to be kind and personable. We have already recommended this company to a friend in town needing a furnace and AC unit.
