The bounce house was to be the highlight of my four year old grandson's birthday party. \r
\r
My daughter reserved through Jump High Rentals and the night before the party she called them to confirm delivery. They promised to arrive at 7 a.m. the next day ...so I got up early (much earlier than I would like) that morning.\r
\r
At 8:00 they had not arrived so my daughter called again and they said they were running late but would be there within an hour. I didn't go to the store for the last minute items. I waited.\r
\r
They didn't arrive at 9:00. We called and were told they were ""right down the street"". We waited.\r
\r
10:00, no bounce house, call and get voicemail. \r
\r
By noon we were in a panic. I called, my ex-husband called, my daughter called, my step son called. All we could get was voicemail.\r
\r
The party came and went with no bounce house.\r
\r
The owner called the next day and was very apologetic. I had to ASK for a free rental for my next grandchild's b-day. He agreed. I asked for it in writing. He agreed. I gave him all my information. I never received the letter confirming the free bounce house rental for our next party. I called again and he promised to mail it. I never received the letter. I call ONE MORE time and he promised the letter. That was two months ago. I've never received the letter.\r
\r
So, because he won't make an effort I am certainly NOT going to hold my breath that they will show up for the next party, and I am now writing this review - as much as I don't want to.
