Saw an add on Craigslist for a brazillian blowout for only $99 and I have been wanting to get one for a while so I called and made an appointment with Darcy and got in right away! :)) Very great environment and offered drinks right away and took great care of me! Darcy was amazing and made my hair G O R G E O U S!!!! <3 After I paid I got a cute envelope with my name on it and a welcoming message with coupons inside!! I love this place!!!! more

It has been over 10 years that I have been going to Julian Hans salon and I couldn't be happier. Saverio cut my hair a few days ago and i absolutely LOVE IT! He recommended a certain cut and said it would fit me well, and he was completely right. The hair cut and blow dry took barely any time at all! Hes so nice and it is a very comfortable salon with a friendly staff. more

I have finally found a salon that listens to what I want. My stylist was Saverio, he took his time in listening to what I would like with my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for plus what he thought would work for me as well. I have never met a stylist that is as passionate with their work until I met Saverio. He suggested some treatment plans from Redken for my hair that would help it come back to life. My hair feels and looks outstandingly better than ever! I have never met so many stylist that simply love what they do and do an AMAZING job. The method that they have for hair cutting and hair coloring, you don't see anywhere and it's truly one of the best. I also loved the receptionist, Rosemary. She is by far one of the BEST receptionist I have ever met! Rosemary takes her time with you and is very easy to talk to. They will go above and beyond to make sure you fill comfortable and relaxed. When you call or walk into this salon you willl definatley be and feel taken care of. I cant wait for my next appointment! So go check it out, I encourage you! more

I had never heard of this salon until I did a local salon search on Bing. So I decide to make a visit and right away I am greeted by Rosemary...the BEST receptionist ever! Thats where the customer service began. Then I ask if they do walk ins and thankfully they did. My stylist was Yvonne and she was unbelievably amazing! Its always scary trying a new hair stylist, but she made the experience easy and enjoyable. She was very knowledgable and very kind. During my haircut, other stylists would stop by and say how good my hair was looking and just introducing themselves! By the time I was done, I was amazed at the results. No joke, this was the best haircut I have ever had. Best customer service and best stylists ever. I am so excited that I have found a new salon to go to. You HAVE to go!!! GO NOW!!! more

This salon is the best that I have ever experienced. They are the epitome of what a salon should be. Very professional, yet very trendy. I first tried Julian Hans Salon with a groupon and it was the best find I have experienced in a salon. Darcy is incredible!! She takes the time to sit down with you and just talk about how everything is going and what results I want in my visit that day. She is so personable and really cares to give you a style that you will be excited about. You can tell she really enjoys her work. I know all of the stylists are great, but I would request Darcy and you will not be disappointed at all. Darcy, thank you for all that you do. i went to the salon because of all the positive reviews i found online. they were right. everyone, from the owners Savario and Rosemary to the rest of the employees, exude an air of professionalism and are so caring and friendly they make you feel special. I am having a difficult time getting the haircut i think i want but then i'm having a hard time having the ""hair"" i want too. I got an excellent haircut , tho, from savario, and the coloring expertise is sooooo wonderful. I would refer anyone to the shop for the best hair experience they've ever had.... more

I am excited to have finally found my salon! Saverio was very informative, as I had many questions and concerns about the color correction process. After my initial consultation, I visited with other stylists at various salons to gain personal knowledge of other options for color correction. I returned to Julian Hans Salon after I found that Saverio was the only stylist that would directly address my hair color issue rather than side-stepping with adding highlights and low-lights to simply 'blend' my hair color. I am very happy with the results! Saverio ensured that we acheived the color to best match my natural hair color and although it took two applications of the glaze color, he only charged me for one. My name is Shalena. I am currently a soon-to-be stylist at Julian Hans salon. I just recently moved to California from Maryland. I was first introduced to Julian Hans salon as a client. My friend and I were just wandering the mall and I walked past Julian Hans salon and decided I would pamper myself and get my hair cut and styled. Although I didn't have an appointment, Rosemary made sure one of the stylist fit me in as soon as possible. Darcy was my stylist. Her hair color and cut looked so great and she had such a cute style that I was confident that I was in good hands. Rosemary offered me a beverage (water, coffee, tea, or soda) which is something that a lot of salons don't do. Darcy then walked me back to her station. Once i sat down, Darcy turned and sat in the chair that was next to me as she began my consultation. She always repeated the questions she asked me which I appreciated because I knew she was doing that to ensure that she understood what I wanted which would, in turn, provided her with the information she needed to give me a cut I would love. And of course, I loved my cut! I fell in love with how this salon was being ran and how talented the stylist were that I couldn't resist to apply. Now that I am a stylist at the salon, I can give my clients the same wonderful experience I had during my first visit. Learning the many advanced hair-cutting techniques with the benefit of working one-on-one with Julian Hans artistic director, Saverio Ravenda, has given me the confidence and satisfaction to know that I am more than capable to put a smile on my clients face each and every time they sit in my chair! more

You might not expect such an upscale place in the Laguna Hills Mall--but it's right near Macy's and a fabulous find. I just had one of the best cuts of my life (and I'm not a spring chick!). Michaela took incredible time to get just the right color for me, treated my dry hair, cut it exactly to my specifications, and recommended a great new product that I used today to get the same look she gave me yesterday. There is real attention to service (gracious greeting and ongoing offers of coffee served in a real mug!), the salon is clean and inviting, and there is an obvious sense of ""team"" among the stylists. This is a great place! more

Since I am on a budget right now, I was searching on Craigslist for hairstyling deals. I found Luis through a post that offered a Brazilian Blowout for $99.00. Since it's normally $250-300, this was an amazing deal I thought too good to be true. I looked up reviews of Julian Hans and Luis and could not find any negative ratings. So I went in last week for a consultation and ended up getting the Brazilian along with a hair cut. I have gotten a keratin smoothing treatment before, but the Brazilian is one million times better. My hair is naturally unpredictable and frizzy, but now it's so easy to deal with and soft and has pretty waves if I let if air dry. Best deal ever! Just know that they do a mandatory protein conditioning before and after which is $20 total... worth it. Just keep in mind you have to buy sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to upkeep this for the 3 months you want it to last. I bought Pureology ($30 per bottle) because my hair was out of shape. I have thin hair, but the way Luis cut it was absolutely gorgeous. The layers and blowdry made it look full without being scary big hair. I wish I had the skills to make it that way everyday. I would definitely recommend this salon- they are super polite and welcoming. I have worked at 2 salons; one being Toni n Guy. They almost train you to act better than everyone else. Luis is awesome and outgoing so it's not awkward having chats and joking around. He will tell you exactly what he is going to do and why (or what condition your hair is in and what he recommends). I was going to get my hair colored this weekend with Luis, but I have to move. I will be back when I save up some more dough. more

I went here yesterday for my first time. I got my hair cut and colored by Luis. He is a real great hair stylist. Everyone who works here is very friendly and nice. Before anything was done to my hair Luis told me everything he was going to do to it. Eventhough I am paying more money now compared to what I was paying before with a different hair stylist at a different salon. Just after the first visit I can tell a huge quality difference in my hair cut and color. more

I had never been to the mall and decided to check it out. The sign beckoned me and in I went. Angel, the receptionist greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. Diana was introduced to me, refreshements and the bathroom were offered, hands were shook and we were on our way. more

I walked in on a whim and asked who was available. Saverio, a co-owner, was available for my cut. He listened to what I asked for and did a fantastic job. I visited the salon last night for the first time and will definitely be back!! Saw a great ad on craigslist for a Brazilian Blowout and could not resist going to see what it did for me and I am sooo satisfied!! Started off great! The salon is gorgeous and the staff is so nice and attentive! Luis did my BB and hair cut and he is amazing!! I felt so comfortable talking with him and joking around, it felt like he was an old friend! Everyone there is so well educated, Luis explained every step to me - what he was doing, why he was doing it and what it would do for me hair! I loved it and I totally trusted him!! I've been seeing Diana for about 2 years now. I have no desire to change it up. She is wonderful. Every time I leave I think I look better than the last time.
