I will never forget my first visit to Joseph & Friends way back in 1998. After many years of living away, my family was delighted to be back in my hometown of Atlanta, but I had no idea which hair salon would be best for me. One day I noticed how great two of my friends' hair looked, and both of them said they used "Joseph & Friends." I called and was given an appointment with Irena Mayka. From the very first time I stepped in the door, I felt at home and so relaxed. The refreshments, hand massages, and shoulder massages were all complimentary, and I felt special before I had even met Irena. And then she came up to welcome me. Irena was warm, delightful, and professional at the same time. She patiently listened to everything I had to say about what I was looking for in hair styling. From that very first visit I had total confidence in Irena's great skill, because she was a master at her craft. I walked out of Joseph & Friends that first time with my hair looking better than it had since I was 25 years old! Irena was the first stylist ever to perfectly match the chestnut highlights that had been the best part of my naturally brown hair. For years, the hair stylists I had used could never find the perfect formula, and Irena nailed it on my very first visit! When I left, my hair had the shiniest, silkiest, fullest volume and perfect highlights! 13 years later, it still does! Irena is simply the finest stylist I've ever had. Hats off to Irena and Joseph & Friends!
