I am really happy with my experience with Jones Home Services. I had a completely new HVAC system put in. The tech, Michael, who checked out my old equipment was very helpful, honest, and professional. The quote was extremely fair and the best bid I got. Seth quoted me options and was very helpful going through them. The installer, Caleb, was very polite and professional as well. I couldn't be happier with the install. They did a wonderful job. I recently had a new geothermal furnace installed in my home. This company was very good to work with. The installation was scheduled quickly and all communication was very good. Adam R. Just visited for the Spring tune up so we are prepared for summer. On time, clean and very respectful. I have the most confidence in Jones Home Services. Our maintenance contract came about because we had an issue with our heat exchanger and it needed to be replace. I called around the large HVAC companies in the Indianapolis area. We were quoted $1500 for the replacement and encouraged to buy a new system. When I called Jones Home Services the owner, Seth Jones, came out and agreed that the heat exchanger replacement was required. Seth Jones also informed me that the manufacturer had a warranty and the issue with the Heat Exchanger was known and the part would be covered by the manufacturer and my expense would be any uncovered labor and a couple of other minor maintenance repairs needed. My total expense was less than $500. We had a discussion about replacing the furnace and Seth said that he would hate to replace a furnace halfway through the expected life and any efficentcy gains would not be worth the expense at this time. When Michael came out to replace the Heat Exhanger, he was very professional, clean and efficient. He basically rebuilt our entire furnace and cleaned every part as he put it back together. After I the experience I have had with Jones Home Services, they have a client for life. more

Jones Home service provides great service at a great price and the people are clean, professional, courteous and just good people. I've worked with Adam, Cody and with Seth, the owner. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. They are just good people. I'm especially impressed with Seth and the fact that he takes the time to hire young people like Cody and train them. Michael is very polite and does not talk down to you when you ask questions in regards to the job he is working on. Makes sure he take his boots off when coming into the house. Always cleans up after himself. Will volunteer to do small jobs such as carrying out the deck furniture etc. more
