Jones Ford, Inc.

This was the worst experience ive ever had with a repair shop! It was so bad that I traded in my beloved mustang and completely swiched dealers, vowing to NEVER buy a Ford again (though I had owned 4 Fords up to this point... They were way over priced compared to Firestone, Firestone did a free full body diagnostic just to tell me that they couldn't fix it. So I had it towed to Ford who redid the diagnostic with the same results which they charged me over $100 for. Then they couldn't fix the simple computer glitch for less than $1600, a problem I'm told can only be fixed by Ford...) so I went to their dealer to just trade in my old Mustang for a newer model. There I was met with apathy and complacency and then by an extremely disrespectful staff who lied to me about how car exchanges worked... Needless to say I went to Chevy who did everything Ford said they couldn't... Sincerely, a loyal customer to the end... Sorry you didn't care enough to keep me... more

Just bought a Ford F 150 from Jones Ford. What a great experience. Pank, the salesman, was awesome. I first contacted them by Internet and within 12 hours I was signing papers. I was given a super deal. Thanks everyone for making my experience so much fun. I've had the truck now a week and I'm loving it! What an awesome truck!! more

Best Ford dealership in the Low Country. I purchased a 2010 Mustang GT Premium last year and a 2011 Roush Stage 2 Mustang from Jones Ford in December 2011. In both cases I received excellent advice and truly honest deals on both my purchases from my salesman, Joel Smith. I have been going to Jones Ford for years to get trucks for my business, and every time I go they always treat me well, and with great respect. I just let them know what I want and they find it for me. They have given me reliable service over the years, and have always helped me when I needed it, so I continue to bring my business to them whenever I am in the need for a truck. I had a good experience getting a Ford Fusion from them. The staff at Jones Ford did a nice job showing me all the features of the car and they really didn't put any pressure to buy or anything like that. I found the car that I wanted on their lot and ended up getting it, so everything worked out after searching through a bunch of dealerships all over Charleston. - B. W. more

I just purchased a couple of cars from Jones Ford and I couldn't be happier with how the whole processes went. The staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything. They have full service over there. If my cars need to be repaired, they will even order parts for me. I think that's excellent!! We just recently bought a 2004 Ford Freestar from Jones Ford just before we moved to Arizona. The staff there are wonderful and knowledgable about the vehicles they sell, and they will MAKE the numbers work to get you into a vehicle. We found the perfect van for us at Jones, and Percy made sure we got that van. He even hid the keys to it so nobody else could sell it. We left there with the van we wanted at a price we can afford. The employees there were great and fun to be around. Our kids even loved it. We had such a great time with them. more
