Jolie Day Spa

My experience at Jolie Day Spa was amazing. The environment is very peaceful, warm and inviting. The staff is very pleasant and informative. They will make your first experience eventful. The massage I received was so relaxing. The ambiance set up in the room can take you to another place. I've had many massages before, but I would ranked this in my Top 2 next to my massage in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt. Now that speaks volumes. During my visit I also had a facial done. The technician was very informative with the products and recommendations for my skin. I left Jolie Day Spa with a perfect GLOW. My husband was very pleased when I returned home. I used to go to Jolie for all of my waxing and I always request LILI as my esthetician. She's precise, fast, and her waxing is quite painless compares to other estheticians that I have been to in the past. I have tried different estheticians in the past due to last minute booking or I couldn't get in to see Lili. I always end up going back to Lili. I recently called Jolie to schedule an appointment with Lili for a Brazilian. The front desk asked me is there a particular technician that I want to see. I always ask for Lili. They went ahead and book me with Lili or so I thought. When I showed up for my appointment, they informed me Lili no longer works there and if I wanted to see another tech. I was so upset they lied to me on the phone and never bothered to tell me Lili doesn't work there anymore. I had no choice but to see another tech. Worst experience ever!!! I got a phone call couple days later from Lili informing me she no longer works at Jolie. Needless to say, I am so happy to have found her. She now works at this beautiful spa called Derma Luxe, a mile from Jolie, convenient parking in the back or you can always park in the driveway. Ladies, go check it out!!! You won't regret! It's clean and friendly. Kristin in the front desk is so nice and personal. Best customer service ever!!! more

I cannot say enough great things about Amanda R. who now works at Jolie! I found her through my sister when she did up-dos for her wedding party back in 2008 and I have been one of her clients ever since. All the ladies in my family go to see her as well and she has become like family to us. I drive all the way from Winder to see her and I am NEVER disappointed. My husband always says that after I've seen Amanda I come home looking like a new woman! Now that's a great thing to hear! more

I've been to a couple different spas in town and this is hands down the best. I live in Marietta and it is worth the 40 minute drive. Sasha is the best facialist, and I mean the best. Tatiana gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure. I felt fantastic when I walked out of Jolie. Go see Sasha and Tatiana. These ladies really know what they're doing. They are just wonderful. I have been going to ~JILL~ at Jolie for over 3 years now. She is the only esthetician that I have found in the ATL area that gives a REAL facial, and there is no one else I would EVER let wax me. I have my brow, lip, and Brazilian wax at least once a month, if not twice. Jill is very thorough, especially with my eyebrows, she takes the extra time to tweeze after waxing and my brows are FABULOUS! I'm about to move to McDonough, but I will still drive up to Jolie for my services. **Do not go ANYWHERE else in the ATL if you are serious about waxing** If you are a first timer, and are nervous, this is ABSOLUTELY the place to go. The front desk staff greeted me promptly. I probably would not have chosen Jolie but, for Christmas, some one gave me a gift certificate. Money well spent. Thay, the lash stylist, gave me a long and full bunch of lashes. So far they have stayed on 3 weeks! I am very excited. Everyone has noticed how much longer and thicker my lashes are. I have ditched my mascara and I?m hooked on the lashes. Pros: lashes that I wanted and needed Cons: 1 1/2 hours to complete procedure. I just slept. more

I know this has to be the best spa in atlanta hands down. Everyone was so friendly and I felt like a valued customer. Although it was a ittle smaller than i expected the massage i received more than made up for it. Tiffany gave me a swedish massage that was very relaxing. I was in heaven and didn't want to come back. I recommend this spa highly. more

I have been coming to Jonathan at Jolie for manicures and pedicures for a few years and he is the best in Atlanta. The receptionists are always accommodating and professional, and Sunday hours are a big plus. I bring my out-of-town guests here and they are always pleased with the service. Wow! I'm not sure where those other people went, but this place is amazing. The feel of the place is serene and inviting. The front desk person was professional and went above and beyond by directing me to the relaxation area and offering me some chilled cranberry juice. I had a full day of service, and it began with a great therapeutic massage from Kristina--her touch was out of this world. I then followed my massage with a Seaweed Body Wrap from Teri, who was very professional and explained how the wrap is great for detox. After the body treatment, Chris performed a facial, and without being ""pushy,"" convinced me to get a pumpkin peel and chocolate mask--yummy! My skin is still glowing from the facial, and her touch was awesome. After my facial, I relaxed in my robe on the comfy sofas in the relaxation room where I was served a grilled chicken salad with fruit and juice--it was decent. After lunch, I went into the huge nail department and a hot lava mud pedicure with Jonathan--who should double as a massage therapist. I was originally scheduled for a manicure, but due to my error, it should have been gel fills. The manager promptly accommodated me, and Deneen gave me the best set of sculptured nails--even giving me some complimentary nail-art. After my fills, Maria styled my hair beautifully. I hadn't requested a brow shaping, but while getting my hair blow-dried, I noticed a woman doing something called ""threading."" Maria worked me in for a brow threading with Jabeen, and I will never get waxing again. Threading is awesome! What a great day! I cannot wait to return for a Thai Yoga Massage that another client in the nail area couldn't stop talking about. From start to finish, everyone at Jolie made me feel like a queen. I'll be back! I have had many facials and I have to say that Tuan at Jolie Day Spa gave the BEST facial I have every had. My skin is glowing. He massaged my neck, shoulders armed and hands the entire time (while masks, etc. were drying). Many have said that Jolie is 'clinical' looking, which is true. I am not sure I would want to come here for a day of treatment, b/c they don't specialize in relaxations rooms, etc. the room they put me in after my facial was very plain and they did not even have water for you. This was disappointing to me. How hard would it be to put some water and maybe some fruit in the room? This was my only negative experience at Jolie. I visted Jolie several times before getting married. For starters, I had my make-up done. After showing up promptly, I had to wait on the late make-up artist. A few minutes into our appt., I realised she must have been late due to hang-over...as she smelled like cigarettes and did not look to be feeling well. My make-up was average..nothing special. She clearly didn't understand the look I wanted. At that point, I re-booked to have my wedding make-up done with Aric (who did a FABULOUS job). The day before the wedding, I treated several of my briedesmaids to treatments at Jolie. Every single one of us thought the treatments were at best average. One of the girls left an article of clothing behind and when I went to pick it up, it looked like they had waded it up and thrown it behind the desk--not very zen. And last, after my massage , i was having my hair blown out for the rehersal dinner...TERRIBLE. I must admit, coming from NYC, I am a little bit of a blow-out snob, but this was the worst one I could ever imagine. I had to run to the hotel and try and repair the damage (read crimps) in my hair before going to the church. All in all, this spa is fine if you need a quick treatment and are not expecting much, but if you know anything about spas, I would suggest any other place in town. I've been going to Jolie for yrs. and I've never left unhappy. I've done everything from mani/pedi to massage to some esthetic services as well and seen different technicians. I've always thought they provided great customer service too. It's also clean and always saninatary, a huge plus in the day spa business. I'm actually an esthetician and this my top choices for spas and there is not a lot of turn over like you see in other places. I hate it when I go back and my technician is gone! I came here for a facial a while back and the service was good, however, you would think that a place that has been around for a while would hire a friendy person for front desk . Wendy who was there didn't know what she was doing and was not exactly polite. Oh, well, you can't win them all. more

I enjoy Natural Body and Jolie for different reasons. Jolie provides a very clean medical feel with very serious technicians where Natural Body provides that granola feel with great massage therapists. more
