I've been going to Jolie for yrs. and I've never left unhappy. I've done everything from mani/pedi to massage to some esthetic services as well and seen different technicians. I've always thought they provided great customer service too. It's also clean and always saninatary, a huge plus in the day spa business. I'm actually an esthetician and this my top choices for spas and there is not a lot of turn over like you see in other places. I hate it when I go back and my technician is gone!
