Great Service and Built Trust Well 7/31/2015

The technicians were very open and honest, taking the time to explain everything they were doing clearly. Dealing with the air out in July is never a situation when you are happy, and bad news doesn't ever come well. However, knowing that you are working with people who are honest and are doing all they can to help you with a solution that meets your needs is all you can ask for. John Waters staff are always be best of all of those things! more

Called a couple other's they could not get me for 2 days, John Waters came with in a few hours. Super happy to have continued use of our AC too hot to be with out. thanks so much will call on you again. more

Quick response time 6/30/2015

In a bind, I needed quick service during a pretty hot week. Though I didn't opt for the emergency service, they were still able to help the next day. They got the problem fixed quickly, and didn't try to BS me on what was wrong. They got in, fixed it and got out for way less than I was expecting. more

1st time, on time, well done, knowledgeable 5/27/2015

My service tech, Glenn, started call with my lengthy list of concerns and questions. After this, did cleaning and servicing of a/c unit. While finishing, we were talking Glenn states let me go check one of your a/c concerns and found where a return duct haven't been enclosed in 4 sides in a run. Also a air return duct had been put in upper part of wall instead of bottom, creating the unit to run more. more
