The most professional job I have ever had 2/26/2016

John Waters installed a furnace and air conditioning unit, and every detail was done and wrapped with nothing sloppy about it. They came in and knew exactly what they needed to do. Even though the job turned out to be more complicated, they got it done. There's wiring and sensor cables that needed to be tied up and put away, and caulking between connecting air tubes--and all that was done with high professionalism. There are days when we have needed the heater and it has worked extremely well, and there are days when we've had to run the AC and it has worked extremely well. We actually took bids from two other companies and selected John Waters because they came in at the best. I would tell potential customers to use them with confidence. more

From responding to quote request the same day through explanation and recommendation on to showing up right on time and clearly caring about the quality of the install including the utmost respect for all my home surfaces and all of the common sense things that make life easier, safer, and just more comfortable. more

Stephen was my tech. he is a wonderful person & he cares about the job he does no matter how long it takes or what he has to do to get the job done, even if he has to cross the bridge 4 x in one day. Great employee to have to represent John Waters. Thanks for everything you do!! Pam. more

Immediate response; had my part in inventory; only took 1 1/2 hours to access my situation, get part from inventory, and repair my furnace. Extremely satisfied. 1/23/2016

Furnace draft inducer quit on Sunday morning when the temperatures were to drop to single digits. Called John Waters based on internet reviews. My call was answered immediately and the technician said he should arrive around 11 am. He arrived at 10:45 and wore booties upon entering my home. He had to call to have the warehouse opened to check for the part he needed. He said it would take about 45-60 minutes to retrieve the part and get back; it took 45. He replaced the part and was gone by 12:15. 1 1/2 hours to fix our problem! I would highly recommend John Waters, Inc. based on this experience. more

Excellent service 1/20/2016

As always, I appreciate the service I receive. The temperature in my house was down to 65 degrees and I had to take care of my grandson while school was out, my house is warm again! more

He explained the proper operation of the HVAC system and made helpful recommendations for its effective use.
