I have been dealing with John Waters, Inc. for several years. They installed a high efficiency furnace several years ago and I have been in yearly service contact with them. They are very professional and I am highly satisfied! more

John Abell has been our main Customer Service repairman, and he does such a SUPERB job. He is very thorough and concise and conscientious. He represents JOhn Waters in a very professional way. He doesn't cut corners put completes all work as it should be done. So often these qualities are no longer found in service. It will be a sad day indeed when John Abell retires! more

If my furnace continues to work properly I will consider Mr. Oughton's service to be excellent. Otherwise, I have no way of evaluating that aspect of his service call. He served his company well by being polite, neat, and by fully explaining the maintenance contract and my participation in the program. more

Very pleasant 10/10/2014

John came out for the twice-a-year maintenance check on the generator and furnaces. He replaced filters as needed and cleaned contacts. He even helped get the hot tub circuit working after it shut off when he had to turn off the power. more

Furnace wouldn't start 10/8/2014

Showed up early (called first), diagnosed quickly, determined that only thing needed was my upcoming fall maintenance cleaning, took care of it quickly, cost was $0 because of my annual maintenance plan. These guys are the BEST! more
