Everyone from the front office to the install and completion were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and considerate! The customer service is outstanding - call John and you indeed get Moore! My wife and I highly recommend John Moore services!\r \r July 30, 2013\r My wife and I experienced a problem with our Garbage Disposal and once more we called John Moore. The Technician Daniel Hodges was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He paid great attention to detail and the job/repair was completed in a very timely manner. I was nervous about using a big company, from the initial phone call to their service number I was confident that I would receive an excellent service the lady was very polite explained their services, I had a plumbing issue the service guy came out within the allotted time he was polite well dressed and explained everything in a manner that we could understand without being patronized, he cleaned up afterwards I would highly recommend to all my family and friends more

Today is the second time that I've used John Moore Services. Just like the last time,their response time was fast. We had a electrical problem that we would have never figured out ourselves. I usually do not like to deal with contractors, but this technician was very polite ,professional ,meticulous & the price for the job was very reasonable.
