We are a military family, with one income and so often I am without my hubby. Over the last several years, I have been in more accidents than I really wish to acknowledge but I always go to John Harris. Each time, I am treated with dignity and respect. Each time, I get the utmost in quality service and commitment to help me through this process. This past time my hubby was in Indiana. I asked 3 friends to help me get my car back. As life would have it, they were all busy. I just could not get the help I needed to get my minivan back. Needless to say, I struggled for almost 7 days in a Hyundai accent with three kids. GT offered to bring my car back to me when I asked if I could just switch my cars out and park my accent until my hubby came back from his trip. Not only did they bring it back, but the car was on empty and pout a few gallons of gas in it to boot. This was not enough though. My car had been repaired by them and my ac relay broke shortly there after. GT helped curb my costs by flushing the ac at an incredibly reduced cost, compared to what it would have cost me at the HONDA dealership. Thank you so much John Harris. You went beyond and above the call to service. You have a customer for life in the Shearin family. If you need any repairs, you need to come here. You would be making a huge mistake if you went anywhere else. "Huge!"
