I've had a recurring problem with my Acura TL's trunk spoiler becoming detached. After a third attempt by the local dealership (which failed the same day of the repair) I paid John Harris Body Shop a visit. This visit was unscheduled and sort of late in the day. The service manager looked at my car and told me it might be possible to find someone free to at least remove the spoiler in order to confirm his suspicions of the previous failures. After only a few minutes the service manager himself come into the waiting area carrying my spoiler. He wanted me to see the various layers of previously applied adhesives that should have been removed for a proper mount.. He also said if I have the time to wait another 15 minutes he could have my problem fully resolved. Needless to say he was successful and demonstrated be pulling the back end of my car up by the spoiler itself.
