It was a very disappointing experience buying my car at John Eagle. I wouldn't recommend anybody to do any business with these cheats. They sold me a ""certified car"" with a defect and they wouldn't admit to it until I had to threaten them with a lawsuit. There loaner car program is a sham. I ended up paying five hundred from my pocket to cover for the damages I wasn't even aware of. They didn't even bother to tell me that loaner cars didn't come with any insurance. I wasted a lot of time going back and forth to get minor issues fixed. Makes me realize weather the car was really certified? Car had so many paint touch up jobs. Avoid this dealership. more

I just got my MDX from John Eagle Acura and they are wonderful to work with. David Leachman was my salesmen and he knew everything about the car and took the time to show me how everything works. He was even sweet enough to take my call when I could not remember how to use the voice control and walk me through it again. Matt in finance was great also. As I was leaving the general manager came out of his office to thank me for my business. All I have to say is they are fantastic, you will not regret getting you car here!!! more

I went to this dealer for 2012 Acura RDX Certified vehicle. Initially we had a Negotiation on the drive out price and sales person Avery Barksdale agreed for one price and made me to sign on the buyout plan. Then they sent me to finance team for further processing and as it's too late for me and with the trust on the dealer I signed all the paper work without checking the price. Later I realized that they quoted $1000 more on my car in paper work. Initially the negotiation happened with Avery Barksdale and now they are asking me to talk to Valerian Kuznetsov where both are not on one word/price. Valerian Kuznetsov saying that price is final, if I don?t like the car just return it. They literally cheated me where I trusted them. None of the employee is professional and they are putting the phone off on my face when I called them. Just go to Sterling McCall Acura dealer. Stay away from John Eagle guys and be safe. more

Excellent service! Hands down the best Acura dealer and service department in Houston. Jesus Montes always gets everything taken care of without me having to worry or stress. Each service trip I have gotten has been taken care of in a professional and timely matter. I would recommend John Eagle Service to those with and without Acuras. more

They promised freee hand wash for the life but they acually have a car wash center in the back which has a big rotating brush this thing. Was also promised free oil change for life turns out that only alternate oil change is free. more

The internet sale manager, Thom Chau, was easy to deal with. Very straight forward guy, I tell him what I want, he'll let me know if he can do it or not. He doesn't bombard you with email or call trying to push for a sale. more

$1500 down 3/14/2012

I went to Carmax and Planet Ford, and neither could get me financed. Luis Garcia got me a car with only $1500 down. Good dealership and excellent salesman more

I had a good experience here with John Eagle; I didn't feel lots of pressure and a time constraint. I went in on Thursday without making a purchase. I went back a week and a half later and did end up with a purchase of an Acura TL. I am very happy about it and offered no complaints!!! more

Xtra effort 2/6/2012

Fair, good prices and they give a little extra effort. No discrimination against people who know little or nothing about cars except putting your feet on the gas and brakes. I feel lucky this business is here for me and my fam. more

Knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I went to get an Acura Integra (year 2000) checked out twice. The staff was very honest and made it clear what needed to be fixed and what didn't. Had a timing belt replaced that they finished sooner than expected. Very upfront about the costs as well. The second time I went in I was in a bit of a rush but they were still able to accommodate me. All in all these guys are top notch. more

I came here based on a recommendation from a friend. I found the entire car buying experience refreshing. I wasn't pressured or hassled but free to scope out what was to my liking and ended up buying a 3 year old Acura that runs perfectly. more
