I went to this dealer for 2012 Acura RDX Certified vehicle. Initially we had a Negotiation on the drive out price and sales person Avery Barksdale agreed for one price and made me to sign on the buyout plan. Then they sent me to finance team for further processing and as it's too late for me and with the trust on the dealer I signed all the paper work without checking the price. Later I realized that they quoted $1000 more on my car in paper work. Initially the negotiation happened with Avery Barksdale and now they are asking me to talk to Valerian Kuznetsov where both are not on one word/price. Valerian Kuznetsov saying that price is final, if I don?t like the car just return it. They literally cheated me where I trusted them. None of the employee is professional and they are putting the phone off on my face when I called them. Just go to Sterling McCall Acura dealer. Stay away from John Eagle guys and be safe.
