Furnace service 3/23/2011

Furnace went out early in the morning, called and left message. They returned the call when the office staff got to work and I had heat by 9:00--great job. Fast and friendly service more

Nice People 3/8/2011

Called for emergency service after the flood we had. Got straight to work cleaning out my water heater and made sure it cycled before he left. Charge for the service was reasonable. I will definitely call again--hope not because of a flood! more

Bad Service -- Keeps Billing 7/19/2010

When called for an air conditioning problem, they came twice, did some checking, but each time NEVER checked to see if it worked. Yet, they billed us each time. When I called to complain, I was told that they couldn't wait around to see if the ac actually cooled. Really?? The other company called was much more knowledgeable and compliant. Plenty of other choices of good companies out there. more
