When called for an air conditioning problem, they came twice, did some checking, but each time NEVER checked to see if it worked. Yet, they billed us each time. When I called to complain, I was told that they couldn't wait around to see if the ac actually cooled. Really?? The other company called was much more knowledgeable and compliant. Plenty of other choices of good companies out there. more
