The staff was quick and efficient. That's about the only good thing I can say. I had the tires put on at night. The next morning I discovered they were not clean and covered with some kind of wax. I have never had new tires put on without them being cleaned. I went back the next day and they said they attempted to clean them. I was told the wax would disappear over time. Three washings later and they still are caked. I asked them to replace the ugly green caps and found out that they had to be there to indicate nitrogen filled tires. They didn't tell me anything about nitrogen air and the fact that it limits me as to who can fill my tires. I was told the tires I bought were good for 75,000 miles. I checked the receipt today and there was no mileage noted and no warrantee given. A check on the internet showed the price they charged me to be about $10-15 higher per tire than most local retailers AND that the model I bought is only good for 55,000 miles. Jim's Tire Center is a great place to get your tires fixed. The great part of it is if you buy brand new tire from Jim's you will get free tire rotations as long as you have their tires. more

They were very friendly and informative on the phone; when I arrived they remembered me, and got me going with very little paperwork. I shopped around to about 10 other tire places and found that they had about the best deal on the tires I got for my truck. Free coffee there, too... The only glitch in the install was they promised it in 30-45 minutes but it actually took about 90 minutes. Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints and will be bringing my other cars there in the future. more
