The staff was quick and efficient. That's about the only good thing I can say. I had the tires put on at night. The next morning I discovered they were not clean and covered with some kind of wax. I have never had new tires put on without them being cleaned. I went back the next day and they said they attempted to clean them. I was told the wax would disappear over time. Three washings later and they still are caked. I asked them to replace the ugly green caps and found out that they had to be there to indicate nitrogen filled tires. They didn't tell me anything about nitrogen air and the fact that it limits me as to who can fill my tires. I was told the tires I bought were good for 75,000 miles. I checked the receipt today and there was no mileage noted and no warrantee given. A check on the internet showed the price they charged me to be about $10-15 higher per tire than most local retailers AND that the model I bought is only good for 55,000 miles.
