We had a plugged sewer line which was backing up into our shower pan. I called a friend who had a similar problem they recommended Jim Dandy. My wife also called a friend of hers, the friend also had a good experience with Jim Dandy . We Called and made an appointment. We also had the line scoped with their camera, and pin pointed the problem area. I was impressed with Jim Dandy's service and employees. more

I truly appreciated the education that I received through this 'sewer' repair process. Cody, from Jim Dandy, was my first bid. He took me thru the complete process and was very interested in my goals versus a quick fix! He explained the problem enough so that for my next 2 bids I was telling them what was happening like a PRO! The two Jim Dandy technicians located the problem, took care of the root and massive ball growing inside the sewer line. My yard/job site was then put back together, you would never know that they had been there. Even in the rain they came with smiles on their faces. As said before, I truly appreciated the professional service that I received throughout the entire process. Many Thanks!! more

25 years of great service at my home and counting. 6/23/2017

I've lived in my 1914 upper Fremont home for 28 years and early on after a questionable experience with a sewer service who claimed the sewer line was going to need to be replaced within a couple of years, a friend recommended Jim Dandy. That "failing" sewer line is still going strong, 25 years later. I've used Jim Dandy for all of my plumbing needs and have had nothing but the best results one could expect. I have recommended Jim Dandy to many a person and will continue to do so. more

Great service 6/21/2017

The service was efficient, reliable and honest. We felt that the diagnosis and resolving of our plumbing problem was fair and did not leave the feeling that cost was inflated or excessive as with almost every other plumbing company we have tried in the past. We will definitely call on them again if we need plumbing assistance more

Great service! 6/17/2017

I had a big job, getting a new hot water heater and moving it to a new location, plus rerouting pipes and replacing galvanized with copper. I also had the water main replaced. This required them to come for a few days. The technical, Ryan, was friendly and explained the process well leaving me confident. He also told me that a tankless hot water heater would probably not be the best option for me. I will definitely be calling on them again when we remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. more

Great Experience-Plumbing Superheros! 6/2/2017

My situation was unusual, and Patrick came brining not just a "plan B" but a plans C-F, in case the first solution wouldn't work in my case. He stopped to pick up additional hardware on the way to my house, and adjusted my tub stop to boot! Great guy, great company, great working plumbing! more

They Are Very Expensive 6/1/2017

I have called the people at Jim Dandy Sewer numerous times to come and get the stuff they left behind when they did some work for me. They really need to pick these things up. There was one guy, Wyatt, who, by far, was the best person I came into contact with from this company. He was wonderful, really great. He had good communication skills and was very thorough. He was nice, kind, and explained what was going on as it happened. My sewer was backing up and they came out and figured out why. They clean it out, but, I ended up hiring a different company to do the repair because the cost was 1/4 what Jim Dandy was going to charge me to fix it. They are very expensive. If I were to call them again to do some work for me, it would have to be Wyatt that came and did the job. more

Patrick was very prompt in answering our call for blocked drainage. He scoped 2 drain lines and gave us very bad news on the vialability of our system but he did it with what our options would be. He was kind and helpful while our response was to be overwhelmed. He got answers form the city about permits and timelines. I will always use them. more

Jim Dandy Sewer were very good, the service was very good. I liked that they were very normal guys, very down to earth, reliable and professional. This is the only one time that I've used them and I thought that it was a little bit expensive but the quality of the work was very high so I guess that's what it costs. more

Flooded floors 3/15/2017

You really want me to write a review? well...here you go. The basic was not done when doing the job and that was "TURN OFF WATER TO THE HOUSE". The plumber was bracing a lose pipe, and was struggling a bit. I asked him if he can't do it, to leave it alone. Little did I know that he did not shut off the water to the house and busted a pipe under the sink. Of course his supervisor showed up to see what had happened and was quick to point the finger at someone else and did not take responsibility for the damaged caused. In the end a job was done & so far completed satisfactorily. However, you will be either hearing from my insurance company, lawyer or the other company you pointed the finger at. more
