I truly appreciated the education that I received through this 'sewer' repair process. Cody, from Jim Dandy, was my first bid. He took me thru the complete process and was very interested in my goals versus a quick fix! He explained the problem enough so that for my next 2 bids I was telling them what was happening like a PRO!
The two Jim Dandy technicians located the problem, took care of the root and massive ball growing inside the sewer line. My yard/job site was then put back together, you would never know that they had been there. Even in the rain they came with smiles on their faces. As said before, I truly appreciated the professional service that I received throughout the entire process. Many Thanks!!
