caring staff 12/9/2008

I am a parent, and am very familiar with the JCC Early Childhood Center. The people who work there are caring, creative, patient individuals who love working with children. The children have fun playing with blocks and puzzles and other toys . They are very busy drawing pictures, playing at the sand table, reading books, singing, dancing, playing in the gym, swimming, learning how to get along with others -and most importantly having fun! \r I highly recommend the JCC. It is a great place to send your children. more

Unfair review 12/8/2008

I am responding to the review posted in May, 2008. I am the director that they are speaking of in their review. Perhaps I was rude to them after having told this family the same information at least a dozen times. There was a misunderstanding on their part and we did finally correct it, and did refund all their money. In most cases, I am responsive and helpful to all parents. Our program is one of the most flexible in the area. It is important to remember that there are two sides to every story and a customer review gives only one side. \r \r more

Rude Administrative Staff 5/29/2008

i will not recommend JCC to any parents who don't want to be mistreated by such rude staff especially Ealy childhood director Ellen Carpernter. She does not have any manners how to talk to parents and deal with any situations. Moreover the Community took the admission fees from us and promised that it will be refunded if the child is not admitted, but on the time refund she completely denied that she has ever promised. Even the incharge of the billing some David is one hell of rude fellow. Pls do not send your kids to such rude staff. more
