I am responding to the review posted in May, 2008. I am the director that they are speaking of in their review. Perhaps I was rude to them after having told this family the same information at least a dozen times. There was a misunderstanding on their part and we did finally correct it, and did refund all their money. In most cases, I am responsive and helpful to all parents. Our program is one of the most flexible in the area. It is important to remember that there are two sides to every story and a customer review gives only one side. \r
