The owner/jeweler (Mark) was very rude to me, a NEW customer. I asked for a simple repair job, and he argued with me before agreeing to do the work. Then, only 3 weeks later, I had to return because the problem arose again. Instead of accepting any responsibility for poor workmanship or product default, he accused me of being too rough on my jewelry & said he ""didn't know how I was behaving"". He did the repair again at no cost, but with much grumbling & was SUPER rude when I picked up my jewelry the 2nd time. No thank you or goodbye.... don't worry, I won't be back Mark!
