This was a bad experience almost from the begining. When I had them come back to sign a contract (because they came in low bidder), they're price jumped up $400. with no explanation other then "I must have been in a hurry" He wanted to know what my problem was that I couldn't justify the additional monies...I ask him politely to leave. I called the office and spoke with Liz. She aggreed that it was "not right" and was going to send someone else out to sign the contract and honor the price. To make a long story short. They did not honor their 1st price. I agreed to the additional monies because they agreed to get the job started immediately. Well, they missed their first TWO appointed days (which I took off work from) I tried to call the office 4-5 times to speak with the office manager and left several messages--she NEVER called me back. TERRIBLE. Also since I got their name from ServiceMagic (who supposedly checks all their pros) I will never use them again either. more

RUN -- don't walk 10/7/2011

Is there something less than 1 star -- as i NO star -- or negative? This is not a good service. We asked to have one person taken off the job because he did what he wanted to do and didn't consult the work order or me before makign decisions. We consented to let a second person try to finish the work, and he did an okay job -- but it still wasn't as professional as I expected. For the money, frustration and time, I could have done the work and it would have been done better! I would never hire these folks again. Because of weather, we had to delay some work -- but then weeks went by before I knew they were coming again - and they gave me one day's notice after weeks of silence. They are not a professional group -- save your money! more

Awful human beings and awful service 12/23/2010

Don't ever use this company and tell every one you know not to use this company. If I could give a negative star count I would. The way this company treated me and my family is unacceptable. All we wanted was our bathroom completed per the contract. Thomas the contractor kept wanting to change things and purchased items without approval. He rarely showed up on time or on the days he said he would and didn't call to let us know. I mentioned the tile was not what I had requested and he quit right there 2 days before Christmas. The "owner" if that is who he was said "he would not complete the work, that he hopes me and my family have a great Christmas without a bathroom" cussed at me and walked out. We gave a 1/3 of amount of the job as a down payment and right before he cussed and walked out he asked for another 1/3. He said the job was half done. I had no shower and no sink only a toilet. Are you kidding me that it was half done!!! We are going to have to find another contractor. What a mess. These people should be ashamed! more
