This was a bad experience almost from the begining. When I had them come back to sign a contract (because they came in low bidder), they're price jumped up $400. with no explanation other then "I must have been in a hurry" He wanted to know what my problem was that I couldn't justify the additional monies...I ask him politely to leave.
I called the office and spoke with Liz. She aggreed that it was "not right" and was going to send someone else out to sign the contract and honor the price.
To make a long story short. They did not honor their 1st price. I agreed to the additional monies because they agreed to get the job started immediately. Well, they missed their first TWO appointed days (which I took off work from)
I tried to call the office 4-5 times to speak with the office manager and left several messages--she NEVER called me back.
TERRIBLE. Also since I got their name from ServiceMagic (who supposedly checks all their pros) I will never use them again either.
