Is there something less than 1 star -- as i NO star -- or negative?
This is not a good service. We asked to have one person taken off the job because he did what he wanted to do and didn't consult the work order or me before makign decisions. We consented to let a second person try to finish the work, and he did an okay job -- but it still wasn't as professional as I expected. For the money, frustration and time, I could have done the work and it would have been done better! I would never hire these folks again. Because of weather, we had to delay some work -- but then weeks went by before I knew they were coming again - and they gave me one day's notice after weeks of silence. They are not a professional group -- save your money!
