Great Dealership 8/13/2015

Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet is the best place to go when buying or leasing a car. Reason why I say this because ever since I was a kid my parents have always bought there cars from Jerry and even before I was born, when my dad was growing up my grandfather would buy cars from Jerry's father dealership. This is a family own business and when you go there you get treated like family, which reason why my family only buys car from Jerry. Seven years ago I bought my first car from Jerry I had just graduate from high school in need of a car for college it was a brand new 2008 Aevo. Now that I have graduated from college and starting my career I was in need of a new car and I got great deal on leasing a brand new 2015 Trax. Mike Haggerty was the Sales Representative that sold me my car and he was awesome, he found me great car that could I afford and I am very happy and excited of my new car. If you go to Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet Mike is the man to go to. Thank You Mike and Jerry Haggerty more

new car buyer 2/22/2015

Had a very enjoyable experience as usual. Mike Haggerty made the process as painless as possible. I was not really looking for a new car but after looking at the Chevy Cruze I love it. Also, I felt like I mattered since I was the one who would drive the car and not my husband. He took time to explain all the details and I am feel he was sincerely concerned that I knew the ins and outs of the vehicle. I look forward to many more years of driving and would highly recommend Mike for all new purchases. more

A family member, my mom, purchased a vehicle from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet and Mike Haggerty was the salesman. She had such a good experience that I decided to give them a chance when I started looking to upgrade my 2011 Chevy Equinox. It was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. The dealership was clean and inviting. I got to work with Mike Haggerty and will be a return customer. He was kind and easygoing and I didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle or like he just trying to ""make a sale."" I only had to test drive one vehicle and that was the vehicle I drove home with. Mike fixed me up with exactly the vehicle that I wanted. He thoroughly explained all the upgraded features on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. He really goes out of his way to make sure you have all the support you need. Thanks Mike!! more

Great experience! Bought one of the 1st brand new 2015 Tahoe and couldn't be more happy! I love my new Tahoe and we received excellent service. Mike Haggerty spent over 1 hour going over all the features of this new vehicle. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them and recommend them to a friend! more

THIEVES 3/24/2012

Service Dept. is run by thieves and liars!!! I brought in my car because it was running very poorly. I was told i needed a new distributor, which they wanted $800 for the part. The distributor was still under warranty from an auto parts store, so i replaced it with that same part. After putting in the new part 2 more times, because they said the new part was no good and i had to replace again(what are the chances of 2 brand new parts being bad) Still not running after being there for 10 days!!!!! I decided to take the car to another shop that wouldn't rip me off. I had to pay $1200 to get my car out of there. The other shop fixed it in a day!!! The problem was a bad fuel pump. When i went back to Haggerty, i talked to a rude service manager. I want my money back for the unnecessary work that was done by them. I was told by the rude service manager ""I'm not giving you anything"". Then he tried to cover his a$$ by giving me excused why they did the work they did. Bottom line is that the service department will do anything to get as much money out of you as they can. STAY AWAY FROM JERRY HAGGERTY.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! more
