Rating this place is sort of simple, they offer a lot of different vehicles..different payment plans etc. Staff is courteous enough to offer help even over the phone, didnt even heckle me with original sales tactics. more

Beautiful Place 8/10/2011

Real nice dealership. Looks like its in excellent shape, almost as good looking as the cars itself. Been a fan of the camaro since I first drove it last year, looking to grab myself the convertible soon, just trying to work out a good insurance price with my agent. more

Great Service 3/19/2011

Our experience with buying a car from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet was outstanding. It was well worth the 2 hour drive from north of Milwaukee to get a great car for a great price and deal with friendly, up-front honest sales people. I am very thankful to have found Jerry Haggery Chevrolet over the internet and will give them my future business, and encourage friends and relatives to do the same. They were prompt to answer my questions, they were very straight forward with their prices and did not add on ridiculous charges for pure profit -I did opt for the extended warranty as I don't want to have to pay for unexpected repairs down the line- these folks are genuine - what you see is what you get and it is incredibly refreshing to finally find a dealership that offers both great service, wonderful treatment of its customers in a prompt and clear manner, and a very good price. They are fantastic! I don't think you can find anyone better! more

WOW!!!!! 2/22/2010

WOW...is all I have to say. I emailed at 230am and got a real response from the Used Car Manager himself, not some BS (exuse my french) auto reply. I flew in from Ohio, picked me up at the airport, had my Denali XL ready...paperwork was a breeze..pricing was up front, they don't really move too much (bummer) but it was still like 1800 less than anyone elses even with my $220.00 ticket. Great service, unbelievable amount of suv's available. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! more

Exceeded my expecations!!! 2/20/2010

I did read the reviews prior to making a decision to buy, however, after researching and researching, I couldn't find any other dealer with the selection they had anywhere closer to me, and I am from Minnesota. Price wise to equipment, they were actually a lot less than most of the other stores, and yes , the Finance guy did present a whole bunch of stuff, but you can say no...like I did. My guy Ivan was great, the whole staff was very untypical of what you would expect..but yes.they really do not budge on price that much, but they are a lot less than Carmax and a lot of other dealers I interacted with. thumbs up for sure..love my denali!? more

Shifty sales at best 12/2/2009

Flew to Chicago from South Dakota to purchase a used GMC SUV. While I found a 2005 with 17,300 mi which I bought, I felt victimized by the business manager. He added such things tire damage coverage and a $249 parts anti-theft marking system...items I never asked for. I managed to take off about $700 in programs I didn't want. I felt raped after walking out of there. I felt I was taken advantage of because of being an out of stater. Salesman won't return my phone calls about no floor mats and why factory-applied vehicle ID sticker was scraped off driver's door. Not a good experience at all! Beware. more

Overpriced on used cars 11/21/2008

They had a pretty nice selection. We were asked by about 3 dealers if we needed help looking when I had already talked to one on the phone. The problem was all of the cars I was interested in they wouldn't budge at all on the price. And i've seen identical cars with the same specs for 3 to 5 thousand less at other dealers. more
