My wife and I used this insurance agency when we were living in Palo Alto for 2+ years. This is my first review ever, and I'm writing it because Jacqueline H. was such a joy to work with. We had never owned a car before, and she walked us through the steps of getting insurance and refinancing our loan to get a much lower rate. She also helped us secure renter's insurance. Jacqueline explained what coverage we needed and didn't need in a way that made sense and wasn't at all pushy (unlike my previous experience dealing with home insurance agents). When we got engaged, Jacqueline was on call with the documentation we needed to get the ring insured right away. Overall, Jacqueline had a great attitude, and she really impressed us with how quickly and comprehensively she responded to our emails and phone calls. We certainly miss having her as our agent.
