I went there to have tires mounted that I had purchased online. My vehicle was ready before promised and the staff was very friendly and attentive. You owe it to your car to try them out. more

Fast, Competitive and Professional 1/30/2014

I was doing some online tire shopping on a Sunday and sent an email to Jensen's, knowing that they were closed and not expecting an answer until the following day. Eddie replied within an hour and within a few minutes we sent emails back and forth to determine which tires would be best for my Malibu. Coincidentally, the tires he recommended were the same ones I had researched with a competitor, but the Jensen price was less and the shop was much closer to home. I said yes to his proposal. When I went to have the work done, I planned to wait and was prepared to be there for a few hours. The Jensen team completed the work in 90 minutes (including an oil change!), and I was on my way with a new set of four tires and one more thing off of my to-do list. The team was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. I will go back. more

Convenience 1/17/2014

I took my car and husband's truck for oil changes and Sean was incredibly nice and courteous. I also bought four new tires for my car which Sean assisted me with and had them ordered and installed in three days after making my huge tire decision! more

Very friendly service 1/13/2014

The service was very professional and friendly. No run around. I thought when I took it in to have the suspension looked after another place told me my tires were wavy they would tell me I needed expensive work done. Quite the opposite my tires were wearing normally and couldn't find anything wrong with the suspension. Only suggested getting an alignment because steering wheel was of center. I didn't get any run around. I was very pleased with the timely service. more
