I was doing some online tire shopping on a Sunday and sent an email to Jensen's, knowing that they were closed and not expecting an answer until the following day. Eddie replied within an hour and within a few minutes we sent emails back and forth to determine which tires would be best for my Malibu. Coincidentally, the tires he recommended were the same ones I had researched with a competitor, but the Jensen price was less and the shop was much closer to home. I said yes to his proposal.
When I went to have the work done, I planned to wait and was prepared to be there for a few hours. The Jensen team completed the work in 90 minutes (including an oil change!), and I was on my way with a new set of four tires and one more thing off of my to-do list.
The team was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. I will go back.
