It is so nice to go and get your hair done and relax all at the same time. The level of service provided at this salon has always exceeded my expectations!!!

Worst

It's nice to have a "men's" salon in Bloomington. The salon just opened and looks great, nice vibe to it. Oh, and the haircut wasn't bad either.

Jenni's is the best salon in town! 2/9/2012

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, the customer service is fabulous. Everyone in the salon is professional and highly skilled. I've been going to my stylist, Crystal, for six years. I have never been unhappy with my cut or color ever. In fact, I trust and value her expertise so much that I pretty much let her do whatever she wants to my hair. This salon is by far the best salon in town. more

I've beeen going to Jenni's since I was about 16. They have always provided the utmost customer service and always looking for new ways to be innovative and on the cutting edge. I always enjoy my experience and consider Jenni to be a friend. more

Always a great experience! 2/6/2012

Jenni's Salon and Spa knows how to make you feel relaxed and well taken care of. It's the only place I would want to go to for a massage. Everyone there is very thoughtful. I recommend Jennifer, although I've never had a bad experience with any of their staff. more

I always receive excellent service from when I walk in the door through my entire appointment. I love my stylist, Ashley, she has always been very good at working with my hair. She now sees my entire family because we love her work. more

Dee is an excellent stylist with a great personality. She is very prompt, kind and courteous. Jenny should becommended for assembling an awesome staff. You are always greeted by people with warm smiling faces and a pleasant demeanor. Each visit is a relaxing experience with superb results. more

PROS: The front staff is very professional and personal. They know my whole family by name. Lynn and Jaci are excellent hairdressers. My husband even exclaimed that Jaci is the best hair stylist he's ever had. The "sinktuary" experience feels like you're receiving a spa treatment along with a hair style. CONS: I have been surprised that on many occasions when the owner has walked past me in the hall or when I have been sitting in the lobby and she doesn't say anything. Usually owners make a point of saying thanks to their clients. She was talking about her personal life in the lobby, which is unprofessional, (I haven't heard her stylists do that!) and even looked my way, but never smiled or spoke to me. The other con is that it's the most expensive salon in town. All in all though, it is a very nice salon. more

RELAX....Melt away STRESS! 2/2/2012

After having a family crisis on Monday night, I was tempted to cancel my Tuesday appointment because I was so upset. Thank goodness I didn't! My time at Jenni's Salon and Spa was so relaxing and therapeutic that I was able to de-stress. I left the salon refreshed, comforted, and ready to handle the situation at hand when I returned home. When your salon and stylist can give you that level of service and relaxation, you know you've chosen the best salon and spa in the area. Thanks, Jenni! Thanks, Jess! more

I've been to many hairdressers and establishments before, but none like Jenni's. They really do pamper you and are the friendliest ladies I have ever met. I was offered a discount to come back to my "old" hairdresser, but turned it down because I'm so happy at Jenni's Salon. more

My experience at Jenni's Salon and Spa 1/30/2012

As per usual, my experience at Jenni's was a wonderful one. I was greeted by friendly staff who always make me feel at home! As for my hairdresser Lynn, well what can I say?!! She is great and a pleasure to be around. She, like everyone else, always makes you feel comfortable and it's like being with a group of girlfriends! I always look forward to coming in, whether for a simple cut, or highlights or many of the new experiences I look forward to trying at Jenni's! Thank you SO MUCH for treating your clients like family! Every business should be run with the same approach that this salon gives you from the moment you walk in the door!!! :) more

Jenni's is all about the customer. You're greeted by name when you walk in the door. Offered a beverage. No waiting. Taken right in to see your stylist. Pleasant shampoo experience. Cuts and coloring are excellent. They also have Bare Minerals and high quality hair styling products. I bought the best flat iron I have ever had there. Wonderful salon. more

Kyle has been cutting my hair for years and she always does a great job! Everyone in the salon is friendly and accommodating. I have referred several people to Jenni's as a result. Great job! more
