PROS: The front staff is very professional and personal. They know my whole family by name. Lynn and Jaci are excellent hairdressers. My husband even exclaimed that Jaci is the best hair stylist he's ever had. The "sinktuary" experience feels like you're receiving a spa treatment along with a hair style. CONS: I have been surprised that on many occasions when the owner has walked past me in the hall or when I have been sitting in the lobby and she doesn't say anything. Usually owners make a point of saying thanks to their clients. She was talking about her personal life in the lobby, which is unprofessional, (I haven't heard her stylists do that!) and even looked my way, but never smiled or spoke to me. The other con is that it's the most expensive salon in town. All in all though, it is a very nice salon.
