Try It Yourself!! 7/31/2012

Because of the negative things I once heard about Jelly Belly Pools, I was reluctant to go there for my pool supplies. It wasn't until I had a horrible experience at a different local pool company and was forced to try Jelly Belly's myself. Not only did this company deal with my service issue in a very timely manner, but also very professionally. I have had no problems with the issue that they came out to service and now I always go there if I need products or if I have questions. The only regret I have is waiting so long to use this company because of a poor recommendation. more

Professional, good quality 7/31/2012

I purchased my pool from Jelly Belly's last summer. The whole process was very quick; the pool was up and running about one week after I signed the contract. The whole staff is very knowledgeable of the various pool systems and products available. Always quick to help, and their pool chemicals and products have only proven to be of the best quality. No complaints! more

JELLY BELLYS SCAMS PEOPLE! 7/8/2010

*CAREFUL!* They're SUE HAPPY! This is NO LIE! I was going to skip the review because of all the other bad reviews - I didn't think I needed to say much more but be careful of this company! THEY ACTUALLY SUE THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! And, many of them! This is a Scary Company to do business with. The fact that they go out of their way to bring customers, Paying Customers to court, shows what terrible Businness they conduct! People need to Know about this. If you don't want to get sued (Because this happens often) Don't do business with them. Ya know that expression, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?" I Abide by that - BUT this is different. Paying Customers shouldn't be brought to court over the stupidity of a poorly run company! more

BEST SERVICE AND PRODUCT AROUND! 11/30/2009

This is by far the best pool supply in the area. The customer service is great- even when it is crazy busy they have enough staff to help. We purchased out pool last year, and everything went smoothly- the crew installed our aboveground in half a day, and cleaned up every piece of trash. I would highly recommend them to anybody- I had other choices but chose them because of their excellent reputation! Pros: very knowledgable staff, great prices and courteous service Cons: i have to drive 45 min to get there! more

STAY AWAY...DON'T SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS!!! 7/9/2009

I went to Jelly Belly's to purchase a special order filter for my pool pump and immediately upon going into the place I got this aura of bad energy given off from every employee in the store. The place was dead silent and everyone was staring at people walking into the place. I then asked the head guy in charge to help me out with my pool pump. That guy let me tell you...Lethargic in every way!!! The guy was slower than a sloth and was completely lifeless. He took my name and number down on a scrap piece of paper that I knew would get lost, but whatever I had my filter on order. My only concern at that point was to just get the filter on order and get out of that energy draining store! Two weeks later I came in and went directly to the same guy and he had no idea whom I was and did not have the paper with my name on it. I couldn't say I was suprised. Do yourself a favor drive a little more to Namco or Teddy Bears. It's worth it. Good luck Jelly Belly's... Pros: None...I'd rather drive to Teddy Bears or Namco Cons: Employees are rude and completely lethargic! more

Buy somewhere else 12/16/2008

I bought a spa last year. Everytime I go in there for supplies or testing, I feel that I am bothering them. Never helpful, never friendly. Rarely speak. I have a problem with my spa. I called for service and was told "the guy has to call me back". With no call I called again the next day. Not friendly. I was told to look in the manual. He reluctantly scheduled a service appointment four days later between 10 and 2. At 2 I called and at first was told, "the guy hasn't been in all day and there was no way to reach him". When I persisted I was put on hold then told she got in contact with him and he would be there in a 1/2 hour. He was a no show and no call. Am still waiting. Save your money and buy somewhere else. more

Good Supply Place 1/22/2008

Jelly Bellys is a good place to shop if you know what you need and know how to use it. The staff is friendly but not as knowledgeable as other pool and spa places in the area. more

Drowning in products... 1/18/2008

The one thing they have going for them is there is very little competition in the area. We have gone there for many years to get pool supplies mostly because they are convenient. We recently installed a hot tub (not from them) and also buy our products there. When you are just maintaining they are fine however when it comes to diagnosing problems with pool or spa we find they are not always accurate and come away with more products then we need. more

Great place to get a pool! 1/17/2008

We had a pool put in by Jelly Belly's and I have to say that from the salesman on done to the guys who actually put in the pool, the whole transaction went smoothly. I can't believe how fast they had the pool up and how well they cleaned up after themselves.\r Recommended! more

Not the best place 1/17/2008

I have gone in here many times over the years. I tend to only stop by if I really need something and don't have time to drive out to Teddy Bear pool supply. The staff really isn't very helpful! I find they have mostly young kids who really don't know much about pool care. Not a place I would recommend. more

poor customer service 1/17/2008

I went in to ask questions related to a problem I was haveing with my pool. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and when I brought this up to the staff I recieved an attitude with rolled eyes. ANy time I have gone in, they ignore me even when there is no one to serve. No way will I give them my hard earned money! more

Great customer service 12/23/2007

Adam ...your georgous and every time I drive by you it makes my day. :) more

Bubbles Bubbles 12/10/2007

When my husband and I bought a hot tub from Jelly Bellys we would always need to get our water tested. We would be in a bad mood because we would have to go to the other side of town.Once we got there the staff would always cheer us up with their kindness and fast service. more

How Do They Stay In Business 11/26/2007

While pool shopping this past August Jelly Belly's was one of our stops and it was a waste of time. We were the only customers in the store and no one offered any type of assistance. The person we were finally able to get to speak with us actually rolled his eyes when it was apparent we had more than one question. Obviously we didn't buy from them. We will not go back nor would we recommend them to anyone. more

great supplies 11/24/2007

We have used Jelly Bellys Pools & Spas many times to purchase supplies for our above ground pool. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is always friendly. more

Not helpful 11/24/2007

We were in the market for an above ground pool and stopped in to Jelly Bellys. We had to ask for assistance even though we were the only customers there. Even then it was like pulling teeth to get any information. We ended up walking out and wouldn't consider them for our purchase. more

Indifferent 11/22/2007

I went in here to learn more about pools and possibly purchase one at that time. The staff was not very forthcoming with information, seemed indifferent, and were not able to answer a few of my questions. I didnt purchase here for those reasons. more

Thye need help 11/11/2007

There never seems to be enough staff around when you need them. Either that or they look at you and don't offer help. Location is convenient and prices are comparable. more

Hot Tubs 11/6/2007

People here are great with helping the first time buyers of hot tubs. They run chemical checks for you so you get the correct chemicals to use. I constantly am in there due to the service I get from them.\r If you have any questions from pools or Spas use them more
