Had two cars down at the same time, and they worked both into their schedule even though it was last minute. Jeff is honest with his diagnoses and fair with his pricing. Wish I had found him years ago. more

Jeff auto repair is the best I have ever known. He always tells you what you need to know. To help you make a decision on the work to be done. He keeps on the latest technology, and is very knowledgeable about older cars too. He is honest with you.Which is hard to find these days. more

Quick turn time & Honest advice 6/29/2010

Jeff was able to repair our car the same day. He also told us what was necessary to fix, what could wait, and what didn't need servicing. When Jeff fixes a car, it is fixed, and you don't need to worry about the problem again! more

We Love Jeff's Auto! 5/21/2010

We have been going to Jeff's Auto for years and won't go anywhere else, even though the shop is 35 minutes from our home. Jeff is highly knowledgeable and has worked on a number of different types of vehicles for us. He explains things in a manner that is easy to understand and makes solid recommendations on what does - or does not - need to be done. It's genuinely a pleasure to work with Jeff, even though the auto shop is not really where you want to have to be all the time! more

Extremely knowledgable and trustworthy 4/26/2010

I recently brought my truck over to Jeff's Auto Service for a piece of mind in regards to my front end alignment. He took the time to check the vehicle twice and treated it like it was his own. Only mechanic I trust 4/7/2010

I'm mechanically inclined and know when mechanics are giving me the run around, I keep coming back to Jeff's because that has never happened here. Great people, fast turn around and the bill is always less than I anticipate. Great shop. more

Great Service 3/8/2010

This was my experience at Jeff's Auto Service and I trusted him with a large job of replacing an engine in my SUV, I was not disappointed. His price beat out 4 other shops I called, service was fast and courteous, and his knowledge of vehicles was a great comfort. He's straight up and honest pointing out areas of concern which I took his advice on and had him repair also. Keep up the great job! more

Completely trust Jeff's Auto Service 3/1/2010

I think we've been taking our cars to Jeff for about 3-4 years now. Always very fair pricing, great work, easy scheduling. He takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be fixed and why, shows you the broken parts, and stands behing his work 100%. I would recommend Jeff's Auto Service to all of my friends, family, neighbors, everyone! Really goes above and beyond....which is so hard to find anymore. more

Honest Outstanding Auto Service 1/7/2010

Sometimes you wonder if you were taken advantage of when it comes to auto service. I had a friend suggest I try Jeff's - I have never wondered anylonger. Jeff always calls and explains the issues in detail. He has always been honest and upfront and not just trying to ADD parts until the problem is fixed. Honest/Dependable service. more

Trusted Quality Service 12/29/2009

I started taking my vehicle to Jeff's for minor repairs, and now I won't go anywhere else, even for an oil change, because Jeff is thorough and honest. I had the oil changed, and Jeff found a slow drip coming from the radiator. I had an intermittent starting problem and I was determined to get the problem fixed; so was Jeff, but he wouldn't just throw parts at it. Eventually, he replaced the fuel pump and it hasn't had a problem since. Thanks for the honest and dependable service, Jeff! more

New Customer Experience 11/14/2009

Being new to the area, we chose Jeff from Angie's List to do the brakes on our van because he was close and well-rated. He assessed the work quickly and talked over the work he would recommend and work that he thought was optional (to save us money). After the work was done, the bill was less than his estimate and he'd rotated our tires and warned us about some tire wear that might need attention. Overall, we're pretty pleased so far with his service and will likely use him again. more

Honest Trustworthy One of a Kind 9/21/2009

Jeff has been my go to guy for any auto problem from windwos to brakes to starter. He gives you an honest opinion and if his competitors can do the job for less he"ll point you in the right direction. He also doesnt tell you whats wrong, he tells you how the issue happened and gives you the cause and effect of the problem with your vehicle. Prices are ridiculous compared to others ive been to in town. If you want an Honest, Trustworthy mechanic Jeffs is your guy! more

I think that most would agree that trust is the #1 factor in finding a good mechanic. Jeff's Auto provides me the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are dealing with an honest and trustworthy operation. Excellent Quick Service 5/6/2009

My neighbor recommended Jeff's Auto to me. My son and myself have both had work done previously, which we were both very happy with. This time, my Boss told me to take my work truck to Jeff and have him do a repair on a brake line. During a courtesy inspection he discovered the front end needed new ball joints desperately. After a couple of phone calls to the Boss the work was done in an incredibility quick manner and at what I consider a better than fair price. Thank You, we'll be back!! more

Excellent Quick Service 4/16/2009

From start to finish, Jeff's Auto is the place you want to be. I made an appointment via the internet on Tuesday afternoon and my car was ready early Thursday. I had the brakes done, an oil change, cable replaced for AC/heater vents,and check engine light explained to me. All of this at a very reasonable price. From the moment I dropped the car off until I picked it up I knew what was being done to it with no surprises. Thanks Jeff and Amy you have earned my business for life. more

Jeff solved a problem with the front end of my minivan, took the time to check out the problem and solved it. Drove from Arlington Heights to have my vehicle serviced. Will be having more work done there. Thanks you. more
