Jeff and his staff are professional and also do great work at reasonable prices. He only does the work needed and does not try to pad bills. I have trusted him for the work on all four of our cars for over three years. more

Jeff's Auto 12/13/2010

I recently took my car into Jeff's to fix a leak that was going on, and I could not be happier with the service that I received. He had the problem pinpointed and the most cost effective solution for me right away. Jeff gave me a couple different options of how he could fix the leak, and reccomended the cheapest solution. I definately have not been treated like that in the past by other shops, and am very grateful that Jeff is not only great at fixing cars but is as honest as they come. more

I left my truck with Jeff while I was out of town, so he could work on my breaks. When I returned, my truck was done. I cleaned my truck thoroughly before I left & it was still spotless when I picked it up. more

My sister was fortunate to find Jeff to service a problem with her car and recommended him to service my car. I found in Jeff what I want in a great business and mechanic. He is honest, has very fair pricing and explains what needs to be done and why. He will not do or sell you anything you don't need done unlike most dealerships. Jeff's Auto Service is A++++ more

2001 Camry 11/9/2010

100k miles meant it was time for replacing belts, timing (1) and accessory (2). Jeff was informative, summarizing how the timing area looked after he had finished. 3 days later I drove from Crystal Lake to Colorado Springs and back, engine ran smooth as silk. Thanks Jeff. more

Excellent Service, Prompt & Reasonable 9/8/2010

Great service. This is only my 2nd visit to have my car fixed and I am very pleased and satisfied. Each time Jeff took the time to tell me what need to be done & had my car fixed the same day...not an easy job for a "95". Best mechanic I've been to. 8/21/2010

I am a repeated customer and always will be. We moved out of town a couple of months ago and now live in Belvidere, IL. We STILL make the drive out to Jeff's because we do not trust our cars with anyone else. Thanks a bunch Jeff. We love what you do! more

From the 150,000 mile college car to the right performance tires for family ride. Honest and fair priced. Jeff enjoys what he does and that comes out in the quality. Do you want to know how honest Jeff is?? Well when i took my car into be fixed, we discussed the issue and he informed me that the problem maybe covered under the dealership warranty. And it was!! free oil change 7/31/2010

i went to jeffs thanks to a free oil change certificate i had received. i had an appointment but got there an hour early and jeff took my car right away. service was fast and jeff and his wife were wonderful. thanks so much more
